ARTICLE III: DUES

A. Membership dues shall be established annually by the Executive Board no
later than May 31st for the following year.
B. Institutional memberships shall be granted at the rate set forth in the
Standing Rules.
C. The Executive Board shall have the authority to increase the annual
membership dues up to a maximum of 10% without membership approval.
D. All CCIS dues will be paid directly to the state organization with 10% of the
funds generated by the members rebated to regions to support regional
activities.
